PTTK Wilkasy Center Regulations
- The center provides short-term accommodation services in accordance with the currently valid price list at the Center. Detailed information about the Center, rooms and cottages, and prices can be found on the website www.pttkwilkasy.pl
- Cottages and rooms are rented per hotel night, and the hotel night starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the following day.
- Upon arrival at the Center, a valid identity document must be presented to complete check-in formalities and to present a document confirming the payment of the appropriate deposit for the stay.
- Use of services within the Center is authorized by a prior reservation with a deposited confirmation according to the agreed reservation conditions along with payment of the remaining balance on the day of arrival for the entire declared term indicated during the initial reservation.
- If the owner of the facility agrees, stay at the Center is allowed without prior reservation and deposit payment; in this case, confirmation of the rental agreement for the cottage or room under the terms of this Regulation is the payment by the Guest for the agreed stay.
- The service consists of handing over a clean and cleaned cottage or room ready for use by handing over one set of keys and information about the equipment along with the technical condition of the rooms in the presence of the Center's staff.
- Returning the cottage or room by the client on the day of departure occurs by notifying the Center's staff, who, in the presence of the user, will check the technical condition and equipment of all rooms and forward the information to the Center's administration for key collection.
- The renter may not make the cottage or room available to other persons not registered at the Center, even if the paid term for which the fee was made has not expired.
- Any change in arrival or departure date (e.g., later arrival or earlier departure, cancellation of stay) does not entitle the reduction of stay costs or refund of any money. Any unfulfilled reservation (no guest arrival at the Center on the reserved date by 10:00 PM at the latest) entitles the Center to unilaterally terminate the agreement. In this situation, the Center has the right to dispose of the room or cottage concerning this agreement, and the deposit is non-refundable and forfeited to the Center.
- Staying on the premises after 10:00 AM (on the last day of stay) without agreement with the reception results in the obligation to pay for the next night and does not guarantee the possibility to extend the stay.
- Any defects occurring during the use of the cottage or room should be reported immediately to the Center's staff.
- Comments made after the service completion or on the day of departure will not be considered.
- Guests of the Center bear full material responsibility for damaged or lost items provided for use.
- Damages resulting from improper use of rented rooms or Center property, caused by the users of the facility, are settled on site.
- During the stay, the Center is not responsible for valuable items and money left in cottages or rooms; therefore, due diligence must be exercised in closing windows and doors when leaving the cottage or room.
- Night quiet hours must be maintained on the Center's premises from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, except for events organized and announced in advance by the Center.
- Persons disturbing peace, order, or using entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with the regulations may be removed from the Center without the right to any refund or compensation.
- The following are prohibited on the premises: disturbing peace, e.g., playing or playing loud music without the Center staff's consent (or during quiet hours), · guest behaviors that may grossly disturb other guests' quiet stay.
- The Center reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who: · are visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants, · behave aggressively or in a manner commonly recognized as vulgar.
- Persons not guests of the Center are not allowed on its premises; however, visitation of Center guests is allowed only after notifying the Center's staff and obtaining their consent. In such cases, the Center client is fully responsible for any irregularities or matters arising from these visits.
- Permission for dogs to stay at the Center is possible only after notification and approval during reservation and finally upon arrival and verification of the declaration by the Center's staff with a prior reservation and an additional fee of 45 PLN/night. Owners must have an up-to-date dog vaccination book, clean up after their pet, and walk animals outside the Center's area. Dogs must be kept on a leash and muzzled. Owners are fully responsible for damages and material responsibility.
- Entry and parking are allowed only with the staff's consent in the designated and indicated area. The parking is unguarded, and the Center is not responsible for vehicles parked on its premises or any damage caused by third parties or force majeure (e.g., wind, storm, water, fire, electricity, etc.). Parking costs 10 PLN/night/car exclusively for Center clients during their stay. One parking spot is assigned per cottage or room, and the owner of an additional car assigned to one cottage or room must pay an extra 20 PLN/night.
- Children and youth under 18 years of age are allowed in the Center only under the supervision of adults who take full responsibility for their actions as guardians or parents, as well as for any consequences of these actions within the entire Center premises.
- It is possible to accommodate an additional person in a cottage or room beyond the number specified in the price list but only after notifying this during reservation or upon arrival to the Center's staff; however, the booker shall pay an additional fee according to the current price list.
- The Center is not responsible for inconveniences caused by reasons beyond its control, e.g., power or water outages or lack of TV or Wi-Fi signal, etc.
- If leaving the Center by vehicle between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, this must be reported to the Center's staff.
- It is possible to cancel the stay in the following cases: a) in case of cancellation before the planned arrival, the paid deposit is non-refundable. b) during the stay, the Center does not refund any payments for incurred services.
- Use of personal electrical devices, gas cylinders, electric grills, etc., or any additional devices (except existing ones) in the cottages is prohibited without the Center staff's consent. Non-compliance with the above shall result in the application of provisions of items 13, 14, and 17.
- Lighting grills outside designated areas and use of pyrotechnics, sky lanterns, firecrackers, etc., is prohibited. Failure to comply may result in the application of provisions of items 13, 14, and 17.
- All waste from cottages must be placed only in containers located in designated places within the Center.
- Smoking tobacco in cottages and rooms is strictly prohibited. Violation of this ban will result in a 200 PLN charge added to the bill for tobacco odor removal.
- Acceptance of an animal requires prior notification of the guest's arrival with the animal during reservation.
- For safety, the animal should have a leash, collar, muzzle, or cage depending on the animal species.
- The fee for staying with an animal other than a dog is from 25 PLN per night.
- An animal staying on the premises of the PTTK Center may not disturb other guests. Please ensure your pet does not make noise, especially at night.
- The animal owner is responsible for cleanliness after the pet – in the room, common areas, and the area surrounding the PTTK Wilkasy Center. Please clean up after your pet.
- Without prior information about arrival with an animal, the Center may not provide a free room and may refuse permission for the animal's stay.
- If the stay with an animal is not reported, the Center may refuse accommodation and refund of the deposit paid.
- The Center's regulations are made available by posting: – on the website www.pttkwilkasy.pl – on information boards within the Center
- These regulations have been approved by the management and staff of the Center and are effective from 01.01.2019.
- Guests using the Center's services undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations.
Paid Unsupervised Parking Regulations
By entering the Parking area, the vehicle user concludes an access agreement with the Parking Manager for parking spaces and free maneuvering space.
By entering the Parking area, the user of a motor vehicle consents to conclude an agreement in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations and the Civil Code.
I. General Rules
1. The agreement is concluded at the moment of entering the Parking area and ends upon leaving it. Proof of contract is the parking ticket or subscription card. The agreement is concluded to enable motor vehicle users access to the area
2. Parking fees apply 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Fees are charged according to the current price list approved by the Parking Manager.
3. Parking fees are to be paid at automatic payment machines or at the Parking Service Office.
4. A person presenting a parking ticket is recognized as authorized to operate the exiting vehicle.
5. Image and sound on the Parking area may be recorded by the monitoring system.
6. In case of loss of the parking ticket, the parking fee is 100 PLN for each started day of parking. Parking duration will be determined by the Office Employee based on monitoring records analysis.
7. In case of loss of the parking ticket, the user is obliged to settle the payment before exit 8. The maximum parking time based on the parking ticket is 10 days. 9. Entry of vehicles carrying explosive, flammable materials or posing danger to other parking users or their property without prior notification to the Parking Service Office staff is prohibited.
10. Entry/exit of vehicles with trailers without prior notification to the Parking Office staff is prohibited.
11. Any conditions differing from the provisions of these Regulations must be established in writing under pain of nullity.
II. Parking Usage Instructions
PET STAY REGULATIONS
1. The PTTK Wilkasy Resort accepts pets weighing up to 20 kg in selected cottages and apartments, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 21 August 1997 on the Protection of Animals (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 111, item 724).
2. The stay of pets is possible with the prior consent of the PTTK Wilkasy Resort, granted during the reservation and check-in process.
3. The stay of a pet involves an additional fee of 45 PLN per day.
4. If the pet's stay was not reported at the reservation stage and during check-in there is no possibility of assigning a cottage or apartment specially designated for pets, the Owner will be charged an additional disinfection fee of 500 PLN.
5. In case of failing to report the pet's stay during reservation and check-in, and the pet stays with the Owner on the Resort's premises, the Owner will be charged double the pet stay fee from the start date of the stay in the reservation until the date the failure was found. The remaining days will be charged at the standard rate.
6. The stay of guide dogs is not subject to point 1 and is free of charge.
7. Owners of pets staying on the Resort's premises are required to have with them the pet's health booklet containing information on current vaccinations. The Owner must present the booklet upon any request by the Resort staff.
8. Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets remain quiet and do not disturb other Guests.
9. Leaving the pet unattended in the cottage or apartment is prohibited.
10. It is strictly forbidden for pets to use beds and sofas in the cottages and apartments.
11. It is strictly forbidden to let animals roam freely on the Resort's grounds, both under supervision and unsupervised.
12. Dogs must be walked on a leash on the Resort's premises, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.
13. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals on and around the Resort's area.
14. If the pet owner fails to clean up their pet's waste on the Resort's premises, they will be charged an additional fee of 50 PLN for each instance.
15. Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed in the Resort's recreational areas (playgrounds, sports fields).
16. For safety reasons, cleaning of cottages and apartments where pets stay takes place only in the owner's presence or during the pet's absence.
17. Owners are responsible for all property damage, bodily injuries caused by their pets, and consequences arising from their behavior.
18. All liability for any complaints from other Guests regarding damage, injuries, and consequences caused by the pet's behavior is transferred to the pet owner.
19. The owner will be charged all costs resulting from damage, bodily injury caused by their pet, and consequences of its behavior proportionally to the cost of such damage, including potential lost revenue by the Resort.
20. The Resort may refuse to accept animals such as dogs listed as aggressive breeds in paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 28.04.2003 (Journal of Laws No. 77, item 687), reptiles, amphibians, arthropods, rodents, and other animals deemed dangerous by the Resort.
21. In disputed situations, the final interpretation and application of these regulations belongs to the President of Przystań Wilkasy company or a person appointed by them.
